Areal Böhler in Düsseldorf Meerbusch, Germany

The inaugural SEMBLA building, a 1500m2 three-story structure, will house a kindergarten on the ground floor and office spaces on the two upper floors. The project is meticulously planned with a circular mindset down to the last detail. The client is dedicated to reusing building materials from existing structures in the vicinity undergoing dismantling for renovations. The specifications will comply with QNG Siegel standards, and a digital building resource pass will be issued. The project is set to kick-off in Q2/Q3 2024.

Tante Enso Supermarket in Mellenbach, Germany

A Supermarket with around 250 square meters built with our circular SEMBLA masonry system, made of Geopolymer concrete.
The design for disassembly and reuse is particularly a crucial financial factor for supermarkets due to their short life cycle. Typically after 12-15 years a supermarket gets demolished or refurbished with high efforts.
The project is set to kick-off in Q2/Q3 2024.

The Re-Built

With our new office space in Gehlberg we proved that our Polyblocks can be reused after they were dismantled. The building is built on 24 ground screws as the design is inspired by the concept of circular economy. Today the space is used for collaborative workshops and meetings.
